1 1lb can chickpeas, Drained 11 oz tahini Paste or (1/3 of a 32oz jar) ¼ cup lemon juice (or more to taste) 1 whole garlic clove 1/2 tablespoon kosher salt (to taste) Water Paprika Add the chickpeas, tahini paste, garlic clove, lemon juice, and salt to a large food processor. Pulse until everything is incorporated. If the mixture seems a bit dry (It should be a thick, creamy consistency) add a few tablespoons of water and pulse again. Taste to make sure it has enough salt and lemon . Put mixture into a bowl and sprinkle with Paprika. |
